It all started back on the mother site offthaave.com. Solid4CH (4 CORNER HUSTLA on Off Tha Ave) and El_Jefe (rican_eastcoaster on Off Tha Ave) had an idea to make a site for Latino's and minorities, but open to all... we called it Latino Avenue.

It was some time till the idea actually started to happen. Early July '07, Solid4CH got on his webmaster game again and made it happen. Since July '07, The Latino Ave has been on an steady uprise and in mid August '07, the site finally opened.
