I have installed a referral mod. Basically, we all have referral links now. There are 2 methods to getting referral points. You can give out your links to whoever you want to signup and when they do signup, you get 1 point added to your referral count. That means 1 point for 1 member signup, 2 points for 2 and so on.

The second method is when a member signs up, he or she can now enter who referred them in the member referral box on the signup page. Every member can see how many members each member has brought to the site by navigating to their profiles and looking under their "My Details". If you want to see how many referrals you have, do the same as above or navigate to your "My Account" and scroll to "ACCOUNT INFO / ACTIVITY" and look for "Referrals".

Made a major update to the F.A.Q. and Help page. Actually, they're both on one page now and you can navigate to it by clicking on "Help" up top. So if you ever need help with the site, go there.

I also added a "Donate" page at the bottom. This is where you can donate to maintain the site and see who has already donated. In addition, I made a few minor changes around the site, for instance, changing some of the alert icons like new mail and comments (I'll probably change the rest in the near future.)

Lastly, I added two promotional banners to the "Promote Us" page at the bottom, and scrapped the shitty ones :P.

It's finally complete. Been working on the site for almost 12 hours and I'm finally done... at least to open up. This whole process would have been completed about a week ago but a member thought it would be more fun to waste my time then to get important shit done. So I ended up making the banner myself. Below are some of the new features and updates:

Photo Albums. You can now have your own photo albums. Album Options include "Friends Only" & "Profile Only". Picture Options include "Everyone", "Friends" & "Private" along with multiple photo uploads. No more uploading photos one by one! It's the same as uploading pics, just pic the album you want or create one there on the spot. To manage your albums, goto "My Account" > Items > Manage Albums.
*NOTE* Your images are all in an album called "Default". If you want to rename it, you'll have to create a new album and move everything to the new album. Then everything afterwards is straight forward.

Friend activity feed. This tells you which one of your friends did what on the site. To activate it, just goto your "My Account" and under the status/mood box, click update. You have the option to select how many feeds you want to show per day and of what features (new friend pics, new friend comments, new friend blogs ect.)

The school feature is on it's way.. I have to wrestle with that one.

And also as you can see, the site looks a whole hell of a lot better. So hope you all enjoy the new updates. You can do us a favor by INVITING YOUR FRIENDS! Even people you don't know, let's get it crackin..

P.S. - I have more updates to do, I'm just tired right now. So there will be more stuff added within the next few days.

E-mail alerts are fixed and working now. Whenever you get a comment, message, forum reply, friend request and so on... it will notify you via your e-mail, unless you selected it not to in your "My Account". This also means "Contact Us", "Forgot My Password", "INVITATION'S" and other such things that stopped working on our last host all work now.

*NOTE* Everyone who sent out invites from February '08 to Oct '08 will need to resend them. E-mail alerts didn't work on our old host.

There have been a few updates today:

Latest 'forum thread' info right here on the member homepage now has an identical box next to it. This box is for the latest replies. Everytime someone replies to a thread, the thread will be at the top of the "Latest Replies" box.

New message alerts in your inbox's have been bolded, italicsized and the font size has increased. This way, it's easy to distinguish new message's from read message's. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, you'll see the difference when you get a new PM.

Now when you log-out, instead of sitting there looking at the log-out page, it will re-direct you to the homepage in a few seconds.

I made an update to the "Top Friends" feature. Before it was where you could only select 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 or 42 top friends. Well now I was able to make it to where you can select 1-36 friends. Like for example, only 3 top friends... or 21 top friends or even 1 top friends. To access your top friends, navigate to your "My Account" then scroll down to "View All Friends". From there, it's common sense.

Yup, I snapped I know. I'm just too nice with this shit! More updates coming real soon.

Wow, it's been a long time Avenue people... but we're back. What didn't kill us only made us stronger (or me at least). There's been a lot of unseen fixes and upgrades but the biggest are as followed:

My Account has been fixed. You may now fix your age, gender, location and everything else you couldn't access for the last month or so.

A new Instant Messenger has been installed. You must open up your instant messenger in order for your friends to talk to you. To do so, click "IM" on the top right corner of the site, after "Add Our MySpace!"

Top friends has been upgraded. Now you can select how many friends you want to show on your profile. And on top of that, you can finally put them in order.

The birthday mod was a minor fix. Before, on our old host, it would change birthday's like 6 hours pre-mature. That's because the old host's time was in the Pakistan Time Zone. The new server time is U.S. Central Time

E-mail alerts don't work JUST YET but I'm going to be working on getting them to. It will be announced when they work again.

And the last is that the site is more stable now. I know before, there were some bug issues with your profiles or other features. Well that should all be fixed now.

All gallery images and profile info. should be as it was. The only thing that might not show for some of you is your profile image. If you log on and have no profile image, simply re-upload another main profile image.

I'm looking to be adding more new features within the next couple of days... like an album feature finally along with a school feature. Also, I have a real nice looking template I'm going to be adding here within the next couple of weeks. I'm sure you all are going to enjoy it. I'll keep you all in tune.

And last but def. not least, thank you Dagr82, chicanalover, Lil One, Official 1 and Miklo for donating when the site was down. It was those donations that helped buy us a new, better server. Thank you all!

Even though I'm lyin here, sick as hell, I was still able to make some updates to the site. They go as followed:

Touched up the "About Us", "F.A.Q" and "Promote Us" pages at the bottom of the site.

Made an update to the "Friends Status/Mood" feature in "My Account". Now you can comment or private message your friends all from there.

Made some very minor profile customizations.

Added a donation module in "My Account". So why not be a kind soul and give back by making a donation! which goes to cover server costs.

Created a "News" page at the bottom so that all of the old site news can be archived. A new link will now be found right here at the bottom of the news box to go directly to the old news... or you can just click "News" at the bottom of the site.

Installed a NEWER "Mood & Status" feature from the new one I installed yesterday. This one uses the power of AJAX and no, not the cleaning solution ;). Loads on the same page as opposed to the older one we had up for about 12 hours.

Things I've fixed:

Last login now shows correct "Last Login" date

"My Groups" now shows again in your profiles (if you've created a group

I've installed a "Mood & Status" mod. To access it, navigate to your "My Account" and it's right under your "Message Center". You can also view the status and mood on member's profile under their location info.. which is next the user profile picture.

More moods will be added within the near future with more upgrades to this mod. Also, more new features will be installed real soon too.
